The blocking of the data consists of the identification and reservation of the data, adopting technical and organisational measures to prevent its processing, including its visualisation, except for the provision of the data to the judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, for the demand of possible responsibilities derived from the processing and for three years, the period of limitation of the same. The blocked data may not be processed for any purpose other than that indicated.
